Here’s our simple, clean, and traditional process:

We start by using fresh milk without any powdered milk that meets standards and is of high quality.

 Bring the milk to a boil until warm, which will result in a soft and creamy texture. And different flavors like strawberry, blueberry, etc. will be prepared in this step.

 When the milk has cooled down to the right temperature, add the yogurt starter.

We leave it for about 10 hours or more or until the microorganisms expand and turn into yogurt.

After the yogurt is made, it is strained to remove the whey, which then becomes Greek yogurt.
